What You’ll Do

As a Team Member, you will provide exceptional customer service, clean and stock areas, process payments accurately, prepare and serve food, and perform various duties to meet customer needs.

• Engage positively with customers, providing friendly service.
• Operate POS systems, handle transactions accurately, and follow all cash handling policies.
• Follow proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Friendly, enthusiastic interaction with the public and coworkers.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand instructions and policies, and communicate effectively with customers.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
