What You’ll Do

Provide exceptional customer service, handle food prep and serving, process payments, and assist with daily operations to meet customer needs.

  • Engage positively with customers
  • Operate POS system accurately
  • Follow food safety and handling procedures
  • Perform kitchen tasks and maintain cleanliness
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products
  • Maintain product knowledge
  • Adhere to brand standards and policies

Experience & Skills

  • Friendly and enthusiastic interaction with the public and coworkers
  • Cash handling and customer service experience preferred

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, lift at least 40 pounds
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
