Ho-Chunk, Inc. and its WarHorse Gaming division are seeking a Surveillance Operator I in Lincoln, NE. This full-time grave-shift role monitors CCTV and reports activities to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance across gaming areas.

You will capture video evidence, maintain daily reports, and participate in investigations. Requires at least a high school diploma and familiarity with surveillance systems; casino experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• One year of experience in casino gaming preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and communicate effectively.
• Proficient with surveillance systems and related software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor guest and employee activity using CCTV and observation to identify potential issues.
• Capture, track, and document video evidence for investigations and compliance.
• Prepare written reports of suspicious activities for management.
• Monitor and respond to alarm systems.
• Review footage to resolve disputes and support other departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of property and company information.
• Operate monitoring room equipment and surveillance systems.
• Support investigations and court actions as required.
• Prepare accurate daily surveillance reports and logs.
• Conduct audits of procedural controls and document findings.
• Ensure surveillance equipment functions properly during shifts.
• Conduct routine video surveillance and document observed activities.
• Respond to requests from supervisors, regulatory bodies, and other departments.
