Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of casino gaming experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and surveillance systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of table games preferred.
• Ability to secure Nebraska Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Monitor guest and employee activity using CCTV and observation.
• Document and capture video evidence for investigations.
• Prepare daily surveillance reports and logs.
• Respond to alarms and monitor equipment.
• Review footage to identify suspicious activity and support investigations.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Operate surveillance equipment and in-house systems.
• Support court actions related to gaming violations when required.
• Conduct audits of procedures and document findings.
• Ensure surveillance equipment functions properly during shifts.
