Overnight Supervisor - Full Time (3rd Shift)

Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Management team, the Overnight Supervisor provides daily direction to the Outfitters on the overnight shift within the retail store. Responsibilities include sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, inventory management, and price change execution.

Essential Functions:

1. Delegate tasks and work assignments to team members, providing clear instructions and follow-up.
2. Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures, providing training and guidance as needed.
3. Maintain visual presentation standards, including signage, merchandise directives, planograms, and store recovery to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
4. Replenish sales floor from backstock, distribution centers, and vendor deliveries nightly.
5. Support inventory management tasks such as counts, peg scanning, and display integrity during overnight hours.
6. Assist with coordination of special events, pricing, UPC integrity, and proper display of advertised items.
7. Support supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, training, performance evaluation, and maintaining a positive work environment.
8. Participate in staffing, training, scheduling, and motivating associates to promote customer relations and team productivity.
9. Ensure all breaks and lunches comply with regulations.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2-4 years retail experience
• Availability for overnight shifts

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to analyze reports and present information effectively
• Proficiency with PC-based systems and inventory management
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships
