Position Details

• Department: Assisted Living / Memory Care
• Status: Full Time
• Schedule: Overnight
• Pay Range: $17-$18/hour

This role reports to the Medication Manager and supports both Assisted Living and Memory Care departments. The position involves supervising residents, ensuring safety, and acting as the first point of contact during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate care and supervision for residents
• Participate in emergency procedures and drills
• Interact with emergency personnel and provide necessary documentation
• Stay alert and respond within 10 minutes if on premises
• Dispense medications following protocols
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Follow care plans and document care
• Address resident and family concerns
• Complete shift reports and incident reports
• Manage communication and staffing issues during shift

Safety & Work Environment

• Report accidents and injuries
• Follow safety protocols and training requirements
• Work with patience around seniors, with exposure to pets and outdoor environments at times

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years old
