Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Store Leader in El Paso, TX to guide and develop store teams, focus on exceptional customer service, and drive sales and profitability. You will oversee budgeting, inventory, merchandising, and store operations while ensuring adherence to company policies and community outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, there may be firearms-specific CBC and training requirements.
• Associates will attend and complete trainings (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams, teaching training and providing feedback.
• Drive store sales, monitor P&L, budgeting and expenses for the store area.
• Develop action plans to improve customer service and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and the Open Door Policy.
• Build high-performing teams and promote a culture of belonging.
