Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to join our team in Escanaba. You will create a welcoming store experience in Fresh departments, help customers, stock and merchandise, and work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery. This role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and safe food handling in a fast-paced environment.

Prior retail or food service experience is helpful but not required. We pride ourselves on weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth as a family company

This position is responsible for taking stock from either an l-cart or pallet and, with using the correct location codes provided on the box, put the stock in the correct location on the shelf and repeat this process until the assigned area is finished.
