Base pay range

$19.50/hr - $30.20/hr

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and supervision of the Stock Crew and ensure smooth department operations.
• Oversee displays and support team members to meet standards.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
• Manage inventory and stock processes.
• Respond to customer and team member needs and concerns.
• Open and close the department following procedures.
• Foster a positive work environment and high team morale.

Skills and Qualifications
