Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves filled and the store ready for customers. Day shifts focus on stocking and assisting customers; overnight shifts prepare for the next day with deliveries and displays.

You’ll rotate inventory, move products from backroom to floor, and maintain clean aisles. The role emphasizes physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Experience with stocking and merchandising is desirable.
• Knowledge of store layout, product locations, and pricing.
• Attention to detail in labeling, rotation, and stocking.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to operate common store equipment safely.
• Awareness of inventory levels and backroom organization.
• Follows company policies, safety procedures, and stocking processes.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, or overnights.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize displays to keep store ready for customers.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and help locate items or answer questions.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and backrooms.
• Follow safety guidelines and stocking procedures in daily tasks.
