Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties to maintain in-stock shelves
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and planogram compliance
• Support store recovery, shrink, and safety programs
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production and other duties as assigned
