Walmart in BYRAM, MS is hiring for a leadership role focused on developing teams, driving store performance, and delivering exceptional customer service. The position emphasizes teaching, listening to associates, and implementing changes aligned with company direction.

You will supervise hourly staff, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs while maintaining Walmart's values and ethics in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledge firearms CBC and training requirements.
• Associates will attend and successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and listening to associates during store tours and feedback.
• Drives store performance by reviewing and managing budgets, forecasts, expenses and merchandising.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and ensures a culture of belonging.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders, communicates goals, and measures progress toward results.
• Ensures compliance with policies and upholds Walmart values and integrity.
