Minimum Qualifications

• For firearm‑selling facilities: successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training. For ammunition‑selling facilities: current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility.
• Successful completion of all required job training and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership (LiveBetterU or Bellevue University).
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership (LiveBetterU or Bellevue University).
• General work experience supervising five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses, regional pay zone differential, and legislative state pay differential.
