Meijer is seeking a Stocking Clerk in Michigan. This entry-level role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining organized, clean aisles.

You will work overnight to prepare the store for the day ahead, interact with customers, and support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Ideal candidates are comfortable with basic technology, follow procedures, and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Tech literacy and ability to use basic technology.

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.

• Provide friendly, respectful customer interactions when needed.

What You'll Do

As a Stocking Clerk, you play a critical role in keeping our store running smoothly. Your work ensures shelves are fully stocked for our customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

You'll:

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products

• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately

• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back‑room areas

• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed

• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead

• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
