Responsibilities

As an Overnight Stocker at Joe V’s, you will ensure all Center Store merchandising areas are well maintained and stocked by each morning. You will perform stocking, sanitation, and customer service duties with a sense of ownership and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stocking: Load, unload, and move heavy products; stock and rotate items on shelves; build and maintain store displays; check for out-of-date or damaged products; report issues to management.
• Sanitation: Organize and clean prep areas, shelves, and fixtures; eliminate trash; adhere to safety and sanitation standards; minimize shrink.
• Customer Service: Ensure the store is stocked, clean, and ready for customers; provide excellent service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age 18
• Experience in stocking or retail preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; overnight schedule
• Strong communication, teamwork, initiative, dependability, and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, manage over 85 lbs with assistance
• Constantly reach at waist, grasp; frequently stand, walk, reach at knee, stoop; occasionally reach overhead, bend, squat, climb stairs, push/pull
• Able to work in cold, wet, and ambient conditions; maneuver around moving machinery
