Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and keep the store stocked and organized on the sales floor.
• Assist customers with questions and locating items.
• Prepare the store for next-day operations during overnight shifts, restocking and resetting displays.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Keep aisles clear and maintain clean work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and stocking processes as defined by the company.
