Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves filled and the store ready for customers.

Day shifts involve stocking, organizing displays, and helping customers locate items; overnight shifts focus on deliveries, restocking, and resetting displays with minimal customer traffic. You will move products from backroom to sales floor, rotate inventory, keep aisles clean, and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Customer interaction skills: clear communication with customers on the sales floor.
• Stocking & merchandising: place products on shelves and maintain display standards.
• Product knowledge: familiarity with store layout, product locations, and pricing.
• Attention to detail: accurate stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated products.
• Organization & time management: manage workload efficiently while keeping areas clean and organized.
• Equipment use: operate pallet jacks, box cutters, and store equipment safely.
• Inventory awareness: monitor stock levels and maintain backroom organization.
• Operational awareness: follow company policies, safety procedures, and stocking processes.
• Adaptability: comfortable with varied shifts including day, evening, or overnight.
• Physical capability: able to lift up to 60 lbs.
