Qualifications

• Customer interaction on the sales floor
• Stocking and merchandising to keep displays fresh and accurate
• Understanding store layout, product locations, and pricing
• Attention to labeling, rotation, and removal of outdated products
• Organizing work and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Safe operation of pallet jacks and other store equipment
• Monitoring stock levels and keeping backroom organized
• Following company safety policies and stocking processes
• Flexibility to work day, evening, or overnight shifts
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and keep displays full and presentable.
• Assist customers on the sales floor with questions and locating items.
• Move products from backroom to the sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Keep aisles clean and organized to ensure easy shopping.
• Handle freight, restock shelves, and reset displays as needed.
