Summary

The Night Stocker is responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. Tasks include shelf stocking, back-room duties, spill cleanup, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests upon entering the area or department.
• Follow daily work schedules as assigned.
• Perform stocking duties: lifting, stocking, rotating, blocking, facing, dusting, and ordering.
• Conduct housekeeping on sales floor and backroom areas.
• Be attentive to guest needs during store hours and assist as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Key Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to work between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to perform duties: bending, lifting, squatting, climbing, walking, and running.
• Operate equipment such as box balers and safety cutters.
• Lift items weighing up to 80 lbs regularly.
