Overview of Responsibilities

Overnight Stockers at Sprouts Farmers Market work across various departments, including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, filling frozen food bins, maintaining store cleanliness and presentation, receiving and verifying product deliveries, moving products to the sales floor with different equipment, and rotating merchandise to ensure freshness. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

To be an Overnight Stocker at Sprouts Farmers Market, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, dependable, and reliable
• Display outgoing and friendly behavior
• Maintain a positive attitude and interact well with customers
• Be able to lift and transfer boxes weighing up to 60 lbs., from 5” to 34”, over a distance of up to 5 feet, without mechanical assistance
• Work a flexible schedule that adapts to business needs
• Possess good communication skills and the ability to follow directions and work in a team
• Perform repetitive activities, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 1-3 months of related experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $16.55 - $20.75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
