Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight stocking team, delegate work, and monitor performance.
• Coach and develop Partners and assist with onboarding.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using data and SOPs.
• Ensure 100% in-stocks and fully filled displays.
• Communicate with vendors and manage pallet loading.
• Perform Night Stocker duties as required.
