H-E-B is seeking a Night Stocker to join the Grocery or Drug Store team for overnight stocking and store-wide learning. You will stock shelves, refine displays, and learn multiple departments across the store, supporting nightly goals and standards.

The role emphasizes safety, following SOPs, and providing customer service while working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience stocking and customer service preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physical tasks and lift up to 50–86 lbs depending on department.
• Comfort with working overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of SOPs and ability to follow leader direction.
• Attention to detail in product rotation, labeling, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and refill displays.
• Load, unload, and move heavy products; may unload trucks.
• Ensure shelves are clean and organized; apply product knowledge.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions.
