General Purpose

The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience. This includes greeting customers, maintaining a clean work area, ensuring proper merchandise presentation, and performing various store functions as needed to meet operational goals.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize safety and maintain a safe shopping environment
• Provide excellent customer service, assist with merchandise, and handle issues courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Assist with merchandise receipt and presentation
• Follow loss prevention and security policies
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications and Skills

Effective communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and using store equipment.
