As a Staff Pharmacist, you will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading the team, oversee pharmacy operations, and ensure the delivery of quality patient care. Your responsibilities include:

1. Managing and improving patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations;
2. Supporting pharmacy operations in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager;
3. Ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment;
4. Providing compassionate patient care and supporting the pharmacy team;
5. Proactively offering immunizations and supporting technicians in immunization efforts;
6. Managing pharmacy inventory responsibly, with emphasis on cold chain products;
7. Ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies;
8. Remaining flexible to meet scheduling and business needs;
9. Maintaining clinical skills and expanding knowledge to support patient care;
10. Supporting clinical services such as testing and prescribing where permitted;
11. Upholding all relevant legal, ethical, and company standards to ensure safety and inclusivity.
