Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to perform arithmetic with money (add/subtract) and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain neat appearance and full uniform at all times.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds; work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries and provide courteous service.
• Process payments for parking services and issue receipts or tickets.
• Direct traffic at entrances/exits and manage crowd flow as needed.
• Ensure shift starts with accurate cash accounting and complete cashier reports.
• Inform customers about locations and directions in the city.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
