Job summary

Sleep Rx seeks a Sleep Technologist or RRT with SDS certification for a full‑time night shift in West Islip, NY. Requires RPSGT or SDS-certified RRT and current NY license. Shift is 8:00 PM–6:00 AM with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include testing, data collection, equipment setup, monitoring, data analysis, and strict adherence to safety and lab protocols. Vaccinations and licensure updates may be required.

Qualifications

• Facilitate polysomnographic tests and collect accurate data.
• Prepare and calibrate equipment, apply electrodes, sensors, and airway pressure masks per established protocols.
• Record patient activities, monitor study quality, and document clinical events (e.g., respiratory and cardiac episodes).
• Score clinical events and tabulate data for physician review.
• Adhere to safety regulations and laboratory protocols.
