Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests to and from the hotel, hospital or casino and nearby areas in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner, following safe driving practices.

You will assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure and maintain vehicle activity and maintenance logs. The role requires excellent customer service and safe operation of multi-passenger vehicles, including handicap-accessible equipment when needed.

Qualifications

• Shuttle guests to approved locations under supervision and directions.
• Communicate courteously with guests, location staff and co-workers.
• Inspect vehicle before each shift and report any malfunctions or damage.
• Assist patrons with entering and exiting the vehicle and operate wheelchair lifts if required.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to/from hotel, hospital or casino and local area in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure and maintain vehicle logs.
• Inspect exterior and interior of vehicle at start of shift for safety and functionality.
• Protect guest confidentiality and ensure safety of accessibility equipment as needed.
