Position Summary: The Associate Shuttle Driver will ensure the safety of all persons and vehicles on the roadway, maintain appearance and performance standards, and deliver associates safely and promptly to their destinations. The hours for this full-time role are 9PM - 7AM, working four 10-hour shifts per week.

Essential Functions:

• Transport associates to and from work and housing locations.
• Conduct vehicle walk-throughs, log damages, and report issues.
• Check vehicle fluids and tires.
• Clean both exterior and interior of vehicles.
• Communicate courteously via hand-held radios with dispatch and other drivers.
• Maintain continuous loop coverage throughout the property.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Valid driver’s license and strong interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow directions and work under stress.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, days, holidays, and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions.
• Customer service focus and fluency in English.
