Reimagined Parking at Anchorage International Airport is seeking an Overnight Shuttle Dispatcher Supervisor to lead the dispatch team during 11pm–7am shifts. This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and focuses on safety, on-time performance, and customer service.

You will supervise dispatchers, coordinate with drivers and maintenance, manage schedules, and prepare operational reports while ensuring ADA compliance and high service reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of transportation or dispatch experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to pass background check and work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise dispatchers and Dispatcher Leads, assign duties and monitor productivity.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee scheduling, driver communication, and service delivery operations.
• Monitor GPS systems and dispatch software to maintain on-time shuttle service.
• Coordinate fleet availability with maintenance and ensure ADA compliance.
