Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking an Overnight Shuttle Dispatcher Supervisor at Anchorage International Airport. The role supervises the dispatch team, ensures safe and efficient shuttle operations, and coordinates with drivers and maintenance to maintain service reliability.

The candidate will lead a critical transportation operation, focus on customer satisfaction, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with weekend shifts and nights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in transportation or dispatch, with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise dispatchers and Dispatcher Leads, assign duties and monitor productivity.
• Provide coaching, training, corrective action, and performance evaluations.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of dispatch staff.
• Ensure proper staffing based on needs and passenger volume.
• Oversee real-time shuttle service to ensure on-time performance.
• Monitor GPS, dispatch software, and radio communications for continuity.
• Lead responses to service disruptions and emergencies with effective solutions.
• Coordinate fleet availability with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure ADA compliance and client expectations.
• Prepare and validate daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
