Job summary

Bald Eagle Fuel & Tire, d/b/a Snappy's in Philipsburg, PA is seeking an Overnight Shift Supervisor to lead and support the team during overnight hours. You will ensure smooth operations, deliver friendly service, and maintain a safe, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, coaching staff, training new hires, managing stock and checkout processes, and guaranteeing a clean, secure store at night. Prior supervisory experience in retail or service roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and basic math and computer skills for cash handling, reporting, and POS operation.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in retail, food service, or convenience preferred.
• Positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold staff accountable.
• RAMP Certification (Server/Seller Trained) required or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team during your shift.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere with exceptional customer service.
• Provide daily prioritization and guidance for employee tasks to keep on track.
• Train and develop employees, offering feedback to management.
