Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring a Shift Leader in Riverview, FL. The role is open to both part-time and full-time applicants, with starting pay $19–$21 per hour, adjusted by location and experience. Overnight shifts from 11pm-5am are available, and there is a culture of recognizing staff growth and leadership.

DailyPay is available for early access to earned wages. The franchisee operates the location and sets wage/benefit details; you will report to the franchisee as your employer.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Ensure excellent customer service and food safety.
• Assist with training and coaching of team members.
