Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring a Shift Leader in the Sarasota area to oversee hourly store operations, coach team members, and drive guest satisfaction. Must be 18 or older and capable of working part time or full time, with starting pay between $19 and $21 per hour depending on location, availability, and experience.

This is a franchise position; compensation includes benefits and daily pay options. The Shift Leader will lead by example, foster a positive team dynamic, and help ensure seamless service

• Experience leading a team is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
