Job summary

Nesco Resource, LLC in Ironton, OH is seeking motivated Assemblers to join our manufacturing team onsite. You will assemble blowers, fans, motors and sub-assemblies, install into production units, and work with a range of hand and power tools in a fast-paced setting.

We offer competitive pay up to $17/hour with an overnight shift differential, plus training opportunities and potential for full-time placement through Right to Hire, within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow assembly instructions and safety procedures.
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn new skills and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Assemble blowers, fans, motors, and other sub-assemblies.
• Install blowers, fans, motors, and assemblies into production units.
• Install insulation into metal panels and complete panel installation.
• Assemble sheet metal components and related parts.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, pliers, air guns, ratchets, air drills, pop rivet guns, C-clamps, scratch awls, hammers, pneumatic glue guns.
• Follow manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
• Complete Wiring Certification training as required.
• Perform other manufacturing and production duties as assigned.
