Job summary

The Coffee Oasis is seeking an On-Call Direct Care Staff member for our Young Adult Shelter in Bremerton, WA. This role involves engaging with young adults experiencing housing instability and supporting their well-being through overnight shifts.

Your responsibilities include supervising residents, responding to crises, and ensuring a clean and supportive environment. Candidates must be compassionate and team-oriented, with a commitment to our mission. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, with additional benefits for qualifying employees.

Qualifications

• Commitment to The Coffee Oasis mission, vision, and core values.
• At least 21 years of age.
• One year of experience working with marginalized populations.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
