Compensation: Flat rate + 2% commission on sold services/products
Overview:Red Cap Plumbing, Air & Electric is looking for a dependable and skilled Overnight Plumber to join our team. This role is focused on responding to emergency plumbing situations during overnight hours. The primary goal is to stabilize the situation and ensure the safety and functionality of the home until a full repair can be completed during regular business hours.
Respond promptly to overnight emergency plumbing calls
Assess and diagnose plumbing issues efficiently
Perform temporary repairs or containment measures to stabilize the situation
Clearly communicate findings and next steps to customers
Document work performed and recommend follow-up services
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Previous residential plumbing experience preferred
Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Clean driving record
