Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Santa Clarita is hiring Overnight Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.

Caregivers will ensure a clean, safe living environment, offer companionship, monitor client well-being, and adapt to changing needs.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (in home or facility).
• Demonstrates empathy and patience with clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility and assist with lifting when required.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
