Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Be well-groomed and able to follow dress requirements.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal services to residents as assigned and per resident Service Plans.
• Assists with medications and treatments as indicated and allowed by regulations.
• Responds to calls from the emergency system in a timely manner.
• Maintains infection control procedures and a clean environment.
• Supports social/recreational activities and encourages participation.
• Reports changes in resident needs or health status according to procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
