Doyle Security Services Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead and coordinate security personnel on an overnight shift (Wednesday to Sunday, 10 PM–6 AM) in Newark, NJ.

The role focuses on protecting people, property, and assets, with an emphasis on surveillance, incident response, and policy enforcement. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisor experience, a NJ SORA license, a valid driver's license, and strong communications skills in English.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid NJ SORA License.
• Must have supervisor experience.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
• Physically able to perform the duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security officers during assigned shifts.
• Monitor surveillance systems and ensure correct coverage of all areas.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches.
• Prepare incident and daily activity reports and manage shift handovers.
