Job summary

Responsibilities

• Patrols buildings and grounds to safeguard property.
• Inspect doors, windows and gates for secure status.
• Warns violators and expels suspicious individuals.
• Inspects equipment for tampering and malfunctions.
• Reports irregularities such as fire hazards and damage.
• Monitors and records security-related data at watch stations.
• Regulates vehicle and pedestrian traffic at entrances.
• Maintains rapport with owners and assists guests as needed.
