Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Possess a North Carolina Guard Card (Training provided if necessary).
• Prior military, law enforcement, security, or customer service experience preferred.
• Weekend shifts required.
• Overnight shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a highly visible presence to deter crime.
• Foot and vehicle patrols.
• Secure doors, gates, and entry points.
• Manage access control and respond to incidents and alarms.
• Document and report shift activities and incidents.
• Maintain company and client equipment.
• Foster a professional relationship with clients and residents.
