Role Overview

We are seeking an Overnight Security Operations Center Dispatcher to be an integral part of our team. The individual will patrol and secure premises via surveillance technology from our Command Center, identifying risks to staff and patrons.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule infractions
2. Examine alarms to verify threats
3. Warn violators of premises rules
4. Request emergency services for high-risk situations

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Authorized to work in the US
• Available for evening and overnight shifts
• Complete online survey, drug, and background checks

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• 1+ year in call center customer service/support
• 1+ year in security or loss prevention
• Security guard license (preferred)
• Experience with security equipment and surveillance technology
• Ability to handle overnight shifts
• Strong attention to detail and typing skills
