A Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members, as well as the security of the hotel and property, in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?
  • Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to observe and identify potential safety and security risks, as well as undesirable conditions.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and/or property.
  • Promote safe work practices among staff and guests.
  • Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed.
  • Write reports and ensure the accuracy of necessary documentation.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
