Job summary

City Security Services is seeking an unarmed Security Officer for a residential community in Houston, TX. This part-time overnight position requires a Level II security license and a valid driver's license. You will patrol, monitor access, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible security presence.

The schedule is Friday to Sunday, 7:00PM–11:00PM, with a 12 hours/week total. Benefits include weekly direct deposit, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Active Level II Security License required.
• Active Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols throughout a gated residential community
• Respond to resident complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity
• Monitor resident and visitor traffic entering the property
• Conduct perimeter checks of community amenities, parking areas, and common spaces
• Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
• Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence
• Verify guest access and assist visitors with directions as needed
