Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report hazards or policy violations through the proper channels.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized access and concerns.
• Monitor entrances and assist with visitor direction, badge checks, and site policy compliance.
• Complete incident reports and shift activity summaries, sharing updates with site contacts.
