Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Conduct routine patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter areas to identify and report security concerns.
• Monitor access and verify credentials according to site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, documenting actions per procedures.
• Maintain daily activity and incident reports and protect assets.
