Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Screen individuals, visitors, and permitted items per access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and resolve problems.
• Monitor activity at screening locations and report concerns to the proper personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
