Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Part Time Overnight Security Officer for Lima, OH. You will monitor and protect client sites across manufacturing & industrial environments and support a customer-focused, safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, document visitor activity, and report concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following post orders.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, and observations and communicate information to leadership and client representatives.
