Job summary

SSC, Inc. is seeking Full-Time Security Officers for Campus Safety – overnight shifts. Officers patrol designated areas, monitor for security concerns, respond to emergencies, and maintain access control while providing high levels of customer service.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 18+, state security officer license where required, ability to pass drug screen and background checks, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas by foot or vehicle.
• Observe conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Respond to emergencies and alarms and contact appropriate emergency services.
• Monitor for unauthorized persons; manage access control of premises.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Provide high level of customer service to clients, employees and visitors.
