Security Officer/Guard Requirements

• Active DC SO license required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Security experience required.
• Availability for weekend shifts is necessary.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Proficient computer skills required.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• Must meet and maintain all licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.

Job Responsibilities

• This site is large and requires outdoor postings, with significant walking involved.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, including climbing stairs and walking on uneven terrain.
• Observe and report activities and incidents, ensuring safety of property and personnel.
• Physical requirements include frequent lifting/moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
